Why trust Platifica
Tracking expenses isn’t platifying.
A spreadsheet tells you where the money went. Platifying is knowing it beforehand: whether it’s enough, what to pay first and when you’ll sleep soundly again. It takes three steps: plan, manage and analyze.
Plan
Set a cap for each category, list what gets paid every month and choose what you’re saving for. Before spending, not after.Manage
Log what comes in and what goes out in seconds: by hand, by voice or by forwarding your bank’s email.Analyze
See where the money went and what changed since last month. No formulas, no pivot tables.Platifica does the math. You make the calls.
A budget that warns you in time
You find out you’re about to overspend while you can still hit the brakes, not on the 30th.Fixed expenses
Rent, internet, the gym: everything that comes back every month, with a little check mark once it’s paid.Savings goals
Save for something with a name and see when you’ll get there.Net worth
What you own minus what you owe. The number that really matters.Where the money went
Spoiler: it’s almost always food. By category, at a glance. What changed
Spent more than last month? It tells you, no calculator needed.Get out of debt with a date, not a prayer.
Pick how to tackle them: avalanche (highest interest first) or snowball (smallest first, to build momentum). Platifica projects month by month when you’ll be debt-free and recalculates the date with every payment.
Ask your money.
Type or talk to it like that friend who’s good with numbers: it answers with your data, not magazine advice. And if you send it a photo of the receipt, it logs it for you.
Platify wherever you are.
In your computer’s or phone’s browser, and as an app on the App Store and Google Play. With a light theme for early birds and a dark one for night owls.
Frequently asked questions
What is Platifica?
expand_more
Platifica is a personal finance app made in Colombia to plan your money before you spend it: a budget with a cap per category, fixed expenses, savings goals, a dated plan to get out of debt and an AI assistant that answers with your own data. It works on the web, on iPhone and on Android.
Does Platifica connect to my bank?
expand_more
We never ask for your bank passwords. You can log each transaction in seconds or forward the emails your bank sends you so they’re recorded automatically; on Android it can also read your banking apps’ notifications, if you turn it on. Everything arrives as a draft for you to confirm.
Which currencies does it support?
expand_more
US dollars, euros, Colombian pesos, Mexican pesos, Argentine pesos, Chilean pesos, Peruvian soles, Brazilian reais and pounds sterling. You pick yours in Settings.
Is my data safe?
expand_more
Your data is yours: we don’t sell or share it. We back everything up daily, and you can delete your account, with everything in it, whenever you want.
How do I get in?
expand_more
Sign up on the web or download the app from the App Store or Google Play. It’s the same account everywhere: what you log on your phone shows up on your computer.
How much does Platifica cost?
expand_more
There are two plans. Lite costs $1.49 a month and includes the essentials to plan your money, with manual logging. Pro costs $4.99 a month and adds the AI assistant, logging by voice or with a photo of the receipt, and automatic transaction logging. Pay for the year and get 2 months free.
How does Platifica help me get out of debt?
expand_more
You log each debt with its balance, its payment and its interest, and choose how to tackle them: avalanche (highest interest first, to pay less interest) or snowball (smallest first, to build momentum). Platifica tells you how much to pay on each one every month and the exact date you’ll be debt-free.
Why is it called Platifica?
expand_more
Because it blends plata (Colombian slang for money) and planificar (to plan). Platifying is just that: planning your money before you spend it so it lasts the whole month. The verb is yours now; use it with confidence.
